No One Left Behind PAC Endorses Oliver Larkin Following DeSantis's Gerrymandered Redistricting of South Florida

FORT LAUDERDALE, FL - Today, No One Left Behind PAC endorsed Oliver Larkin in Florida’s newly drawn 25th Congressional District,  standing behind his progressive campaign as it pushes forward in the face of Gov. Ron DeSantis’ unconstitutional Republican gerrymander of South Florida’s congressional map. 

"Republicans have violated Florida's Constitution with these illegal, gerrymandered maps," said Larkin. "South Floridians deserve a voice for the working class in Congress, and I'm grateful No One Left Behind is standing with us as we fight for that."

The endorsement comes after Gov. Ron DeSantis signed new congressional maps that dramatically reshared South Florida’s political landscape. The redrawn map moves Florida’s 23rd Congressional District north into Palm Beach County and creates a new FL-25 along South Florida’s coast, stretching from Delray Beach to Miami Beach. Larkin's campaign supports ongoing legal challenges to the maps but will compete in FL-25 if they hold - the district where Larkin grew up, lives, and has organized for the past ten months.

The new map sets up a closely watched Democratic primary, with incumbent Rep. Jared Moskowitz having announced his intention to run in FL-25. Larkin enters that race as a progressive challenger backed by No One Left Behind, which supports progressive candidates in key races across the country.

Raised in Fort Lauderdale, Larkin has organized on issues affecting South Florida families, including housing, climate resilience, public land, immigration justice, democracy reform, LGBTQIA+ equality, and labor rights.
